Malarial and Filarial diseases. Confirms that he has dealt with the dissemination of malaria in his previous despatch no. 118 of 26 June. States that although the precautions against malaria recommended in the Secretary of State's circular despatch of 20 April might not be necessary in Barbados, they would be useful in the case of filarial diseases. Encloses six copies of a memorandum issued by Dr Low, which will be circulated among the Vestries and Schools. Informs that the matter will brought before the Executive Committee for legislature action if necessary.
