Description

Mr E E Ince: forfeiture of Scholarship. Sends correspondence between the Secretary of the Barbados Board of Education and Reverend W R Inge (Tutor of Hertford College). Recommends enquiry as to the certificates of good conduct (given at the end of each term) upon which the Crown Agents made their payments.
