Suspension of Mr Leonce Bibby, Captain in charge of the Waterworks Department Steam Launches. Reports that it has been found necessary to suspend Mr Bibby for repeated acts of insubordination. Sends copy of charges brought against him and his reply thereto and copy of the proceedings of the Executive Council, in which they advise his dismissal. Asks for approval and confirmation of this finding.
