Labourers for Ecuador per USS Catania. States that the Catania has been chartered by the company MacDonald for the purpose of conveying a supply of labourers for Ecuador. States also that none of the labourers have been collected by Emigration Agents as orders prohibiting emigration to Ecuador issued on receipt of telegram from Secretary of State of 23 May was still in force.
