Halifax to Conway, censuring him for allowing the British Legion to keep their arms and horses so as to allow them to engage in the Prussian service. Lieutenant Colonel Beckwith, who was to have commanded them, is deprived of his lieutenant colonelcy in the 20th regiment. The provisions in Münster are required for the king's own troops.
