Halifax to Prince Ferdinand of Brunswick: with the ratification of the peace preliminaries both French and British troops are to withdraw immediately. The king has ordered his ambassador at The Hague, Sir [Joseph] Yorke to ask for passage for the troops to Wilhelmstadt. They are to march in four divisions.
