Description

Folios 394-394a. Letter from R Spooner [Richard Spooner], John K Booth, William Blakeway and Thomas Lloyd, stating that Birmingham, Warwickshire, is now peaceful but fears further disturbance if the troops are withdrawn. He asks if the troops can remain within their barracks.
