Folios 390-392. Letter from R K Douglas concerning a meeting and set of resolutions passed at the Birmingham Town Hall, Warwickshire, relating to achieving incorporation for the town. There is also a printed copy of the resolutions along with the list of named individuals who moved and seconded the proposals and were tasked to carry the resolutions into effect.
