Description

Folios 388-389. Letter from Joseph Schofield stating that he and others had taken a petition in favour of the incorporation of the town of Birmingham, Warwickshire, to the Home Office, and passed this to Mr Phillipps. He asks if the proclamation can now be made in the Gazette and mentions this is 'so anxiously desired by the Liberal party'.
