Folios 377-387. Letter from James Webster asking if an investigation into his conduct, at the riots at Birmingham, Warwickshire, will be made. He also includes a manuscript copy of a letter 'To the editor of the Philanthropist Newspaper [and] The Journal newspaper: and Aris' Gazette', on the riots, and a copy of his 'Narrative of the Proceedings in Birmingham, During the Disturbances, on July the 25th & 26th, 1837'.
