Folios 372-374. Letter from Thomas Bolton, Birmingham, Warwickshire, relating to petitioning for a charter of incorporation for Birmingham. He states that a recent meeting of people from the town it was resolved that it would be 'desirable that a charter of Incorporation should be obtained for the Borough of Birmingham'. Folio 374 is a 20th century Public Record Office slip with 'Charter of Incorporation to Birmingham' written across it.
