Folios 225-226. Letter from Earl Talbot, referring to a meeting he had with Mr Moreley[?], the trade union's ex-solicitor. He refers to the late riots; he considers that the loss of property amounts to £20,000 at least and states that 9 of the rioters are now in Stafford Gaol.
