Prince Ferdinand of Brunswick to Bute: he has been informed by Sir [?] Cockburn that the vessels going to Bremen with provisions for the army have been stopped by Danish customs officers seeking to charge duty at Elsfleth. He encloses a copy of Cockburn's report [SP 87/46/66]. He has consulted the Hanoverian ministry on Danish rights, and encloses a copy of their reply [SP 87/46/67]. He also encloses a copy of his letter to the Danish regency at Oldenburg [SP 87/46/**]. Dated at Hildesheim. ff. 114, 115
