Malta: Mtarfa. Six sheets of plans and drawings of barrack buildings at 'Gebel Imtarfa'. (5) 'Plan of joists': in the basements of Blocks B and F. On tracing cloth. Scale: 1 inch to 8 feet [1:96]. (Signed): Captain W Luard, Royal Engineers, 25 October 1893; this copy traced by F M, 6 December 1893. (6) Columns for ground and upper floors of barrack blocks. On tracing cloth. Scale: 1:4. Traced by C T Littlejohn, 8 September 1893; signed by Captain Luard, 9 September 1893; initialled: F M, 7 December 1893. (7) Plan and sections of the officers' quarters entrance hall; the sections show girders below floor level. Reference notes on girders. On tracing cloth. Scale: 1 inch to 4 feet [1:48] (plan); 1 inch to 2 feet [1:24] (sections). Initialled: T R K, 2 March 1894. (8) Detail of rosettes in the ceiling moulding of the officers' mess room and anteroom.
