France. 'Rocquecourbe en Languedoc': map showing a chateau and redoubt on a spit of land in the loop of the [River Agout]. Reference table. Ornate cartouche containing the title, reference table and scale bar. Scale: 1 inch to about 20 toises. Compass rose. This map almost certainly depicts the Rocquecourbe 5 miles (8 km) north-east of Castres.
