'Plan de Diximude tout ponctué comme une place entieremt rasée ...': map of the town showing the limits of the area destroyed by Duverger in 1684, the area abandoned by Dutch forces [in 1693], and Duverger's proposal to demolish the entire town and create a water barrier between the high land and a new fortified area straddling the River IJzer (or Yser). Scale: 1 inch to about 93 toises [1 inch to about 550 feet]. (Signed): Duverger, 4 February 1693. Inscribed: 'Quatrieme feuille'.
