Produced by Lieutenant Colonel Joaquim d'Olieira, Sergeant Major Ignacio Joze Leão, and Lieutenant Carlos Luis Ferra Amarte, all of the Royal Corps of Engineers, on the orders of Joze Diego Mascarenhas Neto, Postmaster General.
