Copied from plan in D. of Works Office': map and section, on one sheet, showing military operations in 'Kah-Ding', including the positions of British and French columns and batteries. Descriptive reference note. Scale: 1 inch to 100 yards. Compass indicator. Copied from an original map by Lieutenant Sandford, Royal Engineers; this copy signed by Lieutenant Colonel [?Morris], Commanding Royal Engineer, 26 August 1862.
