Spain: Galicia: Corunna (A Coruña, La Coruña). 7 maps. (8) 'Plan of the Peninsula of Coruña Taken in the Year 1808': showing the town, citadel and environs, with soundings in the harbour. Scale: 16.5 cm to 700 varas. Compass indicator; west at the top. By D Robinson, 5 May 1809. (1-5) Five tracings, apparently taken from portions of item (8), showing: (1) Barrio de Riazor and its surroundings; (2) the citadel and town; (3) the southern shore of the harbour area; (4) the northern part of the peninsula; (5) Castilla de Oza and its hinterland. (7) Apparently an unfinished copy or tracing of the whole of item (8). Sheet sizes between 70 cm x 176 cm and 27 cm x 26 cm.
