(a) 'Sketch of property formerly belonging to Mr [Archibald] Ferguson but now belonging to Messrs Joseph and Blaiklock ...'. Signed by Colonel Dixon. (b) 'Sketch of the ground belonging to Mr. G. Blaiklock showing ... Mitoyen Wall required to be built ...'. Reference table to costs. Copied, from a plan supplied by Mr Blaiklock, by Charles Walkern. Originally accompanying Colonel Dixon's letter number 81, 31 December 1852.
