'Plan shewing in Yellow the extension of Durham Terrace and other improvements proposed by the provincial Govt. near the old Chateau of St. Louis'; with sections. Scale: 1 inch to 40 feet [1:480] (plan); 1 inch to 20 feet [1:240] (sections). Originally accompanying Colonel Dixon's letter dated 26 November 1853.
