Canada West (now Ontario, Canada). 2 maps: (26) 'Plan of part of the Ordnance property in the vicinity of Kingston Mills ...': map showing the division of the area into lots; (27) detailed map of lots 36, 37 and 38. Scale: (26) 1 inch to 880 yards [2 inches to 1 mile or 1:31,680]; (27) 1 inch to 88 yards [1:3,168]. Compass indicator to each item. Both items copied by Charles Walkern. Dimensions: (26) 28 cm x 44 cm; (27) 45 cm x 57 cm. Originally accompanying Colonel Dixon's letter dated 5 February 1853.
