(16) Sketch plan of the old cavalry barrack, showing its location relative to surrounding buildings; (17) ground plan showing the alterations and additions required under a proposed scheme to convert the barrack into a medical depot. Reference table to buildings on item (16). Scale: (16) 1 inch to 50 feet [1:600]; (17) 1 inch to 10 feet [1:120]. Compass indicator to item (16). Both sheets signed by Lieutenant Colonel W C Ward, Royal Engineers, Quebec, 25 January 1845. Dimensions: (16) 36 cm x 25 cm; (17) 24 cm x 34 cm. Originally accompanied a special estimate dated 25 January 1845.
