To accompany returns 1 to 9': plan also shows the River Lee and canals, quarries, buildings, and the approximate boundaries of the area sold to Messrs Horsfall and Tobin. Reference note on land areas. Scale: 1 inch to 260 feet. Compass indicator. Signed: Captain L Peake, Royal Engineers, 1831. Endorsed with a note on boundaries, dated 28 January 1834. Formerly filed with correspondence relating to the dispute between Messrs Tobin and Horsfall and the Board of Ordnance over land ownership and rights of access, 1836.
