Ireland. Two copies of 'Plan to accompany Particulars of Sale of Houses and Lands situated at Ballincollig in the County of Cork at present held by the Principal Officers of His Majesty's Ordnance 1836': showing the three lots for sale, the River Lee and canals; quarries, barracks and other buildings. Scale: 1 inch to 350 feet. Compass indicator. Different MS additions to each item: (7) showing the areas, in acres, and valuations of each lot; (13) a note stating: 'To prevent mistakes it appears necessary to observe this plan is incorrect'. Item (13) signed: Lieutenant Colonel W C E Holloway, Royal Engineers, Cork, 31 July 1837.
