Canada: Manitoba. 'Map of Part of the Valley of Red River North of the 49th Parallel Surveyed by the Canadian Red River Exploring Expedition': map of the area between Elk Island, in Lake Winnipeg, and the boundary with the United States of America. Scale: 1 inch to about 5 miles. Compass indicator; west at the top. Lithographed under the superintendence of Captain C W Wilson, Royal Engineers, at the Topographical Depot, War Office. Insets: (i) Continuation westward of the Roseau River; scale: 1 inch to about 19 miles. (ii) Five sections of the Red River. (iii) Section of Great Dog Mountain.
