Plan of Board of Ordnance property at the Royal Gunpowder Works, also showing the River Lea between Town Mead and Holyfield marsh, the acreage of nearby fields, and the abbey church. Reference table; reference notes on colouring and on fishing rights. Scale: 1 inch to about 90 yards. Compass indicator. Copied from a survey made for M Walton, 1783; this copy signed by John Finlay, Commanding Royal Engineer, Royal Powder Mills, 12 May 1801.
