Robert de Leyset, Archdeacon of Chichester, states that in the record and process of a plea between him and the King before Henry le Scrop and his companions, justices of King's Bench, concerning jurisdiction over the church of Bosham, which is within his archdeaconry, there are errors. He asks the King to order Hervey de Staunton and his companions, justices of King's Bench, to send the record and process before the King and council in this parliament, so that the errors can be corrected.
