- [This petition is badly damaged and fragmentary.]Thomas de Hampton makes various requests for payment and allowances for the wages of his men, horses lost in the King's service, and other expenses incurred by him as Seneschal of the Landes.

- Tentatively dated to c. 1348-c. 1354, with reference to Carte, vol. I p.121 (1 April 22 Edward III (1348)) and p.132 (15 July 28 Edward III (1354)). A later copy of another petition from the same petitioner is edited in Rot. Parl. vol. II p.216b-217a (no.45), and dated there to 1348.
