Nature of request
The community of Devon states that William de Bourne and Nicholas de Chene, appointed in the last parliament at Lincoln to make perambulation of the forest in Devon, are refusing to act. They ask that other people might be assigned, or that they might have a writ to William and Nicholas to proceed.
Nature of endorsement
Coram rege.They are to go to Chancery, and if the commission mentioned by the petition has not been revoked, and there is no other underlying reason, then they are to have an exhortatory writ etc. to proceed.
