The Prioress and convent of Swine claim that certain malefactors took their livestock with force and arms and kept them until the Prioress had made fine with Maud for their deliverance, fished in their fisheries, destroyed pales and bridges/gangways (pountes) built by them, and assaulted their servants. They request an oyer et terminer.
