The poor people of York request payment of the debts still due to them for provisions and other things taken from them for the king's marriage, as for want of such payment some of them are completely ruined.

Coram rege et magno consilio.He is to clarify how much the debt is worth, and how it is due and to what persons, and . . . they have of the debt.
