Nature of request
William Dun of Little Langford states that he has lived peacefully in Wiltshire all his life, until three years ago when William Daungeus, one of the parceners of the lordship of Little Langford began to harass him, claiming that he was his tenant; and he has since occupied his lands with his livestock, beaten him and his servant to the point of death, and continued to threaten and harass him. He requests a remedy, so that he can live in peace and quiet in his old age without such harassments.
