Henry de Shirokes, Chamberlain of North Wales in the time of the King's father, makes three requests:1) He states that during his term of office there were irregularities in the appointment of the King's ministers in North Wales, and in their accounting,
Nature of endorsement
These petitions, commission and writ are to be sent to the Treasurer and Barons of the Exchequer, so that, when they have seen the same petitions, commission and writ, and searched the remembrances there which should be searched on this business, and when they have made the necessary inquiries on this matter and called those who are to be called, and when they have heard the arguments with regard to making this discharge to the said Henry, they are to do what justice and reason demand.

Datable to after 1327 with reference to the King's father (Henry de Shirokes was Chamberlain of North Wales from June 1319 to November 1321), and probably to a year or two later, as the references to him suggest that he is now dead, and as Einion ap Ieuan was Sheriff of Anglesey from 1316 until 1327 or 1328.
