The petition complains that one Adam Freere, citizen of Norwich, has erected a stone wall thirty feet long in the King's High Street in Norwich, and refuses to take it down. It asks for a letter under the targe to the Bailiffs of Norwich to inquire if this wall is in the High Street, and if they find that it is, to demolish the wall without delay.
