Thomas West requests permission to alienate certain lands and in North Burcombe, Ugford St James, and Swallowcliffe, with the advowson of the church of North Burcombe, to the Prior of the Hospital of St John of Wilton, to found a chantry in the churches of Swallowcliffe and St John of Wilton for the souls of William de Montague and Catherine his wife, Thomas West and Eleanor his wife, Thomas de Havenebere and Olive his wife, Thomas le Dubbere, John de Molins and Egidia his wife, of their ancestors and successors and of all faithful departed.
