[This petition is damaged.]Roger Cheyne of Buckinghamshire states that he holds the manor of Drayton Beauchamp of the King, with the advowson of the church of Drayton Beauchamp; but that when the church was vacant while he was a minor, Joan, widow of William Cheyne, his father, wrongly presented a John Milton to that church. He asks the King to release to him all right to present to the church because of that presentation, and to grant that he and his heirs may in future present to that church without hindrance from the King or his heirs.
