Note (Additional information about the record)
- CPR 1405-8 pp.383-384 is dated 23 December 1407, as is no.5488 of C 81/637: although the hand and language of the latter are very similar, it does not seem to be directly related to the petition and was probably not enclosed with it (although, as so little of the petition survives, it is hard to tell). However, it clearly refers to the same matter, and mentions that the alien priories were granted to the petitioner on 28 June, 2 Henry IV (1401).
