Richard de Burley and Beatrice his wife request permission to grant all their estate in various castles, manors, rents, advowsons, and halves of manors, which they list, to Simon de Burley, Baldwin de Radyngton, John de Burley, William de Burley, Roger de Burley, Roger Nassh, Hugh Vaghan, Roger Berde, Roger Partrich, John Gautron, vicar of Pyon, Geoffrey, vicar of Orwell and Richard Eton, and to their assigns, and that these people might then re-grant all their estate in these castles, manors, rents, advowsons, and halves of manors to Richard and Beatrice, and their assigns, without paying a fine for this.
