CCR 1402-5 p.333 is dated 26 April 1404, and is clearly in response to this petition. CPR 1401-5 p.420 is a pardon to John Kynaston for all treasons, insurrections, felonies and misdeeds committed by him, dated 27 September 1404, and may refer to the petitioner, or, more probably, to his father, another John Kynaston (see CCR 1402-5 p.333).
