Courtenay requests a licence to grant the manors of Honiton, Nuneham and East Coker without the advowsons to the first and last to Vaggescomb, Bampton, Ponton, Burton and Hoddreffeld so that they can regrant them to the earl and his wife for the term of their lives, and after their deaths to Peter de Courtenay and his male heirs, and should he die with no male heirs to Philip de Courtenay and his male heirs, and then the right heirs of the petitioner
