Jouster requests remedy and justice as Bluseworth came with force and arms and occupied two of his messuages and has them for his own use without reason, and by his threats, Jouster dare not reside in his house for many years. He has sued for justice but with no result.

6 June 2 [Hen. IV] the council [named] agreed that a writ be made to Bluseworth to be before the council at the quinzene of Michaelmas to answer the matter and to receive what the council there ordains on pain of £100.
