The Lynyens request that they are granted letters of pardon as Sybil has been indicted by procurement of their enemies of taking feloniously certain goods and chattels of Tregmynyan, and John of having received them. John Lynyen states that he has been in Gascony in the company of the earl of Lancaster during all the last voyage.
