- The petition is given the date range of 1389-1398, but actually must date to either the period 1389-1391 when John Gilbert, bishop of St David's was treasurer, or to 1398 when Guy Mone, bishop of St David's was briefly treasurer. It is unclear from the hand of the petition which is more likely.
