Maudeleyn requests that he be granted for his life the £10 annuity to be taken from the farm of the town of Kingston by the hand of the bailiff which the king recently granted to Kendal, Kendal having assented to this, and Maudeleyn returning the letters patent of Kendal into Chancery to be cancelled.
