Note (Additional information about the record)
- The petition is dated to? 1389 as it seems likely that an inspeximus and confirmation with clause licet granted on 6 February 1389 to the petitioner's was made in response to this petition (CChR 1341-1417, p.311). However, an earlier inspeximus and confirmation was granted to them without clauses on 16 November 1383, though the failure to mention either clause licet or volumus suggests that it is less likely that the petition relates to this earlier inspeximus (CPR 1381-5, pp.335-6).
