The duke requests that the king will grant him several closes in Cumberland for his life after the term for which they were granted to Neville has expired paying £7 at the Exchequer and £8 to Kendal which he pays to him for the surrender of his grant of the close of Morton to the duke, and pardoning the duke and Kendal for the profits and advantages received by them.
