Pykering requests that for his long service to the king that he be granted certain lands and tenements in Thorganby which were Maunby's, held of Dacre by knight's service, and which came into the king's hand because Maunby purchased the lands without licence.

[On face:]It is granted by the king.[On dorse:]King Richard in the feast of All Saints in his sixth year at Eltham delivered this bill by his own hand to the bishop of London, his chancellor, to make letters patent for the petitioner.
