- Sutton requests that the chancellor be commanded to warn Maureward to come into Chancery to show and declare the king's title to Wolvey prebend, and if the title is found insufficient that Maureward's presentment be repealed, as Sutton held the prebend by papal provision for many years until Maureward procured a royal presentation.
