- Peter Angrym states that Nicholas Ellerker founded a chantry in the church of St Nicholas in Newcastle upon Tyne, the presentation of which has descended to the king o the death of John, the last heir of Ellerker. He was confirmed in his office, and has built a chamber on waste royal land next to the church, and requests that he be allowed to occupy it peacefully.
